Hopefully his apology sticks this time.

In Dan-news, I started my first medical school rotation today, in Neurology. I am officially Oriented, and starting on stroke teams tomorrow. Good research for the next medical technobabble for Tenzin and Viktor’s brain problems XD

“Miss Jane, may I have this dance… Er… Donut and wheelie?”

    • Keith Schiffner

non, non, non. No dahlink, it is as the kids say “shall we drift”. Mind I find watching diesel drifting more entertaining than the regular cars. ;)

  • Delta-v

Considering what Jane might be able to do for Viktor seems to have given Tenzin a paradigm shift.

    Oriented times three?
Tenzin is a decent, solid, emotionally clueless guy. If a girl can put up with him through the girlfriend stage, she has a decent, trainable mate for life.

“Jane dear, we are NOT dancing the Robot.”
      “Yes Ten, we are.”
*Tenzin begins wobbling weird due to conflicting limb commands*

If he mistakes his wife for a hat … I’ll watch in awed fascination. I’d’ve made a reference to The Throwing Madonna, but that isn’t nearly as influential a book.

“Doctor, I keep having dreams about a comb.”
          “Talk to Freud.”

What’s the difference between a magician and a psychologist?

A psychologist pulls habits out of rats.

    • Heh, A+ for your Neuro exam joke.

Just wait until I have my Psych rotation, tho XD

A Godfather is a retired neurologist, my mum is a psychiatrist. My uncle, another Godfather, but an oncologist like my dad and his father (mother-in-law, aunt and late-aunt also in oncology) taught me to introduce him and my parents thus: “This is my uncle – he’s a doctor! This is my father – he’s also a doctor, and this is my mom – she’s almost a doctor … she’s a shrink!” There are more jokes, but they’re not as good as that one, sadly.
Psychiatry is a good field to be in for an academic these days – like immunology in the early 1980s – seems to be emerging from the realm of empirical witchcraft and actually figuring out why stuff is the way it is. Good luck.

Tenzin is smiling again. How nice!

Welcome to the wonderful world of “background character population”, soon to be thinned horrifically.
May our respective ends at least be entertaining.

We spoke of this weeks ago,, Don’t drink with straws.. 😨

That’s a sure and certain sign that you will be targeted by the Citrus Killer.

  • Awwww. :)
