Little Flower - Bad Place, by Vas

Friend and webcomic creator Vas Wojtanowicz made us this awesome abstract representation of the comic’s themes.

To me, it speaks of Tenzin’s internal turmoil. Of fear and death. And the flower makes me think of Indira and loss, and of innocence and beauty in the midst of chaos.

What does it make you think of?

Ooh, I like this a lot… can you ask her for a high res version? The vertical element makes me think of the god tree at the monastery. And that black element makes me think of wolves/demons etc… The flower feels out of place in its cleanliness and line format… don’t know if intentional but that does make it stand out even more. Everything else is very blurry, like it was done with fingers or chalks almost, and then this pristine clear flower.
