Worse than a giant meteor since they would be radioactive. Unless they all switched to “cleaner” neutron warheads. Still it would hold off the Global Warming trend for maybe a decade. Billions would die. Life would be expensive.

We figured a lot of the first round woulda been of the “tactical”/”buster” styler… that wouldn’t have thrown too much dust or fallout… But the secondary round… yeah, those would either been the older or more extreme ones. Definitely would alter weather patterns that’s for sure.
