We get to see some more development of Tenzin and Jane’s relationship here. For those of you wondering, Jane named herself after reading some sci-fi novels contained in Minerva’s archives during her early development.

Jane, I like that name. Why it is the first name of one of my own characters. (She was named after Jane Goodall.)

Human brains can’t quite grasp the fact that AI can literally multitask (unlike people, who only THINK they can multitask). Jane can joke around and banter while at the same time performing whatever processes are needed to actually keep Tenzin’s mission on track.

Oh, so there’s some AI bigotry going on here? Juicy… or maybe they’re not full on AI’s, more like something similar to VI’s from Mass Effect?
