Man… I liked Jorge. He was one of the only funny characters in the comic ;) Gonna have to work in a flashback for him or something.

Letting a likable character like Jorge be killed is a very gutsy move. It flies in the face of the traditional “Don’t kill off the core group” treatment of most military fiction, and I respect you for taking the harder, more realistic path. On the other hand, you might want to have the bomb squad open any packages you get in the next month. :)
Yeah, it was a sad and necessary decision, because we want the story to be realistic, and to really hit Tenzin. Jorge’s death is more meaningful to Tenzin (as you’ll see in the next page) than some of the other Keleres he wasn’t as close to.
And good thing you don’t know where I live :P

Who says I don’t Dr. (almost). But again, I AM ON YOUR SIDE! :)
Heh. If by almost you mean 6 years from now. Getting a dual degree takes a long time.
Glad to have you on our side, Delta-v :)

Note to self… use fake return address on swag package destined for Delta-v. Oh… and you’re probably gonna enjoy the rest of the chapter as well as chapter three… and four and five… yeah, I’ll start screening the mail now… good practice to get into.

Aaak! No, not me! I understand the need for authenticity! I was warning against those in Jorge’s fan club who might take offense. :)

In the words of Stephen King, “Kill your darlings.”
The context is different, but I vote that it still works.
Seba’s new official motto for the art of The Demon Archives ;)
Delta-v
Yeah, but he’s so good at depicting it!

Yeah, he said he was feeling like he was drawing a chapter from Game of Thrones… kinda like the Red Wedding as this chapter progresses.

Oh, no! where have all the voters gone? Voting on TWC is like bailing a leaky boat. If you stop, it sinks. If you enjoy Demon Archives, vote to help keep it afloat.
Those who have been voting here have done something extremely rare. About a month ago, Demon Archives sat at rank #4000+ almost rank #5000. Thanks to all the voters, it came up out of the depths all the way to the top 200 ranking-and has stayed there.
So bail harder, me Buckos, the gunnels are nearly awash!
