Those Drug cartels only exist as long as the drugs are illegal. Why they exist at all.

Interesting. The assailant(s) appear to not be targeting Tenzen for some reason.

  It’s supposed to be more that he is fast enough in his enhanced suit that he isn’t a good target, although this page does make it look like he’s being avoided.

Considering that we still don’t know for sure who the enemy is (though I think that it’s the people who are being escorted in this mission) that kid had better survive.
